I like to research places to vacation and then contact Fox World Travel to find the best flight arrangements and dates to travel to the destination. Another big advantage is having the trip insured in case something like hurricane disrupts our plans. Plus I know if there is any problems during our trip we can contact them to get help.
We are so fortunate to have Diane Czeczot plan our trips. She knows what we like, and has planned trips for us for 36 years! She has so much knowledge and plans the best vacations for us!

While I did not engage with anyone with my most recent use, when I have engaged with staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. When I use Concur to book flight or car rentals, its always easy to use.

Service is complete and there is total follow through esp. after hours. However, it does take a while to connect w/Fox Reps which can be difficult when under time constraints.
