My first time, it was a good experience.
The customer service is excellent!!!!! They can right-side any issue with travel. that being said, the website is difficult to toggle through. The layout is extremely unfriendly and small type, drop downs, boxes to fill in etc. It does not recognize that I have hotel/car reservations made separate from air and does not automatically link them. In fact after booking airfare when I have prebooked hotel months ago, it asks if I need a hotel.

The agents at Fox Travel are very helpful when I have trouble navigating Concur to book airfare. Recently I called about applying an unused airfare ticket to a new ticket. The agents I spoke to patiently addressed my concerns, answered my questions and booked the flight for me. What I like most is that each one I talk to is very personable; I know I'm talking to a real person and that means a lot in the age where so many companies are shifting customer service to AI to save money.
I used Fox World travel to book my hotel for the first time and I was extremely impressed with the ease of use of the website and the contracted prices with the hotels. I will definitely be using Fox World travel to book all my future travels accommodations from here on.
