Friendly and courteous technicians and office staff. We live in a very wooded environment replete with roaches and scorpions. I have used Arrow for many years and they have done a tremendous job of keeping them controlled. On the very few occasions that we had issues between scheduled treatment, all it took was one phone call and they were quickly back to retreat inside or outside. We had the same technician (Joel) for five or more years which is rare theses days so that may speak to the integrity and quality of the business. I would recommend Arrow to anyone in need of quality pest control.

What we like is that you are there when and if we call and request a service. Your team do a great job and do it right. What we do not like is that we have requested a phone call before you send one of your team members out,which we have not been getting!!!
