The service personnel always call you first and let you know what day they will come. When the serviceman arrives they come to the door and let you know they are here. If I am not going to be home I let them know. They come anyway, and I know they have been here.
Jason is excellent, very thorough and took his time to help me with each of the concerns I had. He is professional and very knowledgeable about what he does. Everyone has been great from scheduling to the actual visit.

Frankie Luna has been my tech for years and takes extra good care of us as my daughter is terrified of roaches and all other insects so he takes his time to get it right every time.
Elvin was super!! He explained the kind of ants we had and found their trail and now they are GONE!!! He was just the kind of representative Arrow needs.

Our house has been mostly bug free since we started using Arrow. We never get ants in the house anymore. We rarely if ever get spiders or roaches either. And I like that our exterminator, Jacob, works with our schedule. He is very respectful of our home and courteous.
Our Technician, Randall takes excellent of our home and goes above and beyond! Randall is the reason we have stayed with Arrow. My son works for another pest control service and has tried many times to get me to switch companies. I explained, we've been with Arrow for 16 years and happy with the service we receive. Not all Technicians are created equal!
