We like the fact that you use green products. The drying time is so much faster. When we came back to work the rugs were NOT still damp and there was no wet-carpet smell in the air. The grout on the tile floors in the bathrooms we had done are back to the original color! Tyler, our technician, was very knowlegable and easy to work with. He was very flexible when asked to alter the order of the buildings he was cleaning.

I appreciated that John explain some of the problems that happen in traffic areas. I also very much appreciated the corner guards to keep from knocking the paint off the walls. I also appreciated John applying the protective coating as a courtesy. The carpet still didn't come as clean as I had hoped but I know John did everything he could.
Tim was on time (actually 2 min early). The carpet looks great. Our son-in-law thought we had new carpet! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The technician showed up on time, made a thorough check of the carpet for stains and pet “mistakes” and explained the options available. He did a quick but thorough job of cleaning the carpet and we were very pleased with the final results.

I felt the problem I had with my puppy stains was finally solved. However, I also felt that the first serviceman should have more strongly suggested the deep cleaning. I ended up paying for more service and 3 trips to my home to finally correct the problems.
