The young men were very friendly and willing to work with us to make all we wanted clean happen even though it was going to cost us more. We didn't realize how bad our stairs were from our pets.

I like the protectant and that you use the rake to make my carpet look brand new. Everytime I get my carpets cleaned by zero rez they look awesome.

Everything. The price was surprisingly awesome. My carpets are shockingly clean and fresh. Aaron, the gentleman who cleaned my carpet, was refreshingly professional and friendly.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that the service people do not attempt to sell you services you do not need/want. They are very up front about the cost and do everything in their power to save you money. I like that they show up very close to the beginning of the arrival window. I like that they are also very knowledgable about carpet, stains, and their carpet cleaning system. I love Zerorez and will recommend them to anyone seeking carpet cleaning services in the future!

The men that do the work are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and do a great job.
No residue is left on carpets which is wonderful. Our carpets are over 20 years old and they look like brand new....

The guys are very thorough in their cleaning. We have had a lot of different companies clean oir carpets and none were cleaner or lasted as long as Zerorez. We will never call anywhere else again! You are awesome

I already recommended you to Emily and Dan Osborne who had you out for service yesterday! I love the service, the carpets are cleaner than any other company we have used. Carlos was fantastic, polite, efficient and hard working. A rare set of traits in today's world!

Stains were taken away, no residue was left behind and we are going to reschedule you to come back out for a duct cleaning later in the summer!

The young man who came took care to be careful, was polite, worked hard, and made a special effort to remove some stains. We had purchased this condo so the stains were left by the former owner and we appreciate the effort. Zerrez had been recommended by several people and we are pleased with the results.
