I am very pleased with my carpet cleaning by Zerorez. I has some very bad stains on my living room carpet that were left by a previous carpet cleaner. Your man was afraid they wouldn't came, but as the carpet driede the stains are hardly noticeable.

When I called to get my appointment they were very curteous and even managed to get me an appointment within 24 hours.The carpet tech didnt try to oversell me a product. We discussed what he thought I needed as well as other options. I felt 0 pressure to go beyond what Iwanted. I was very pleased with the job he did. I also appreciated the nice scent of the product because it didnt smell soapy or chemically. I was very impressed by your company and I would definately recommend these services.

Technician was very professional and friendly. Did a wonderful job. There were two spots that I thought might be a concern and they came out beautifully. The technician made sure to answer any questions we had. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and the carpet was so wet, Zerorez was damp, but dried much quicker. I will always use Zerorez in the future.
