Loved that we could have a Saturday service. I held off ordering trying to figure out when we could be home to accomplish this...then just tried and found I could book on Saturday. Aaron was very professional. He explained the process etc.

Our neighbors had Zerorez doing their carpet so my husband went over to ask them to come do a quick estimate when they were done. John came over did the estimate and then offered to do the job right on the spot a little over an hour we were done and he did a great job and had great customer service skills. . The tec who cleaned my carpet was very courteous and professional and He did a very good job! I liked that the carpet was so clean,dried so quickly and felt good to walk on without any residue left over. Your products were able to rid my carpet of pet odors and I never thought any product could do that. Excellent! !!
