Friendly technicians, quick service and fast dry time in most cases.

It took less than 2 hours to complete the service and the technician was honest about the cost and adjusted it accordingly to save me some money. While I realize that the high traffic areas could not be completely restored, it did brighten up the carpet. By visual inspection, it looked better than before the service and it smelled so nice afterwards!

My carpet looks fabulous and the price was reasonable.

I like that I can make my appointment online - no phone tree, no being on hold, etc. That makes it so convenient because I can do it in 2 minutes before work or before I go to bed. The technicians have always been polite, timely, and thorough. I love that our carpets are dry and beautiful within a few hours of the service.
