I was a bit surprised how young the technion was, however very professional, in fact outstanding. Knew his product, explained everything, showed the before/after product. Was very impressed. Was a very good salesman as well, showing a uTube of his other procuct and explaining all the benifits, however very professional when I declined. OUTSTANDING!

The customer service was fantastic. He was polite, explained everything he was doing, how and why it worked, and worked especially hard on some tough areas. My carpets look terrific.

My carpet is 11 years old and had some pretty serious stains on it that I had to been unable to remove. The spots and stains were at least two or three years old. I had serious doubts Zerorez would be able to remove them. Imagine my surprise when the job was completed and the carpet looked like new, with no evidence of any spots or stains. I was amazed!!

The technician, Carlos, was polite, careful and explained how he would proceed. He gave me suggestions about proper carpet care, as well as leaving a spot cleaning product.
