Appointment time was honored, and service was completed timely. Although the service was a repeat of the prior year's service which also cleaned the room's closet carpet, we failed to mention the closet although we had cleared it's floor. He did ask if there was anything else that we needed. The closet was skipped by the cleaner, and we did not realize the omission until after he left.
It works....however this first time there still appears to be a dirty area in one of the rooms that was cleaned. Still love you your work. Name removed
