The customer service was excellent! My carpet looked much much better and some of the stains I thought were permanent came clean! I love the way my carpet smells so fresh like brand new and almost two weeks later, its still smells clean and fresh like a spring day. My cat wont sleep on her blanket anymore, she wants to sleep all over the living room on the carpet! I will never have any other carpet cleaners come to my home except for Zeroez!
