Zac and Brent were very professional and nice to work with! I was disappointed to hear at the "last moment" that they wouldn't be able to do the upholstery that I had booked...earlier, and the price went "way up" for the same rooms from last year. I think you're office/work staff need to communicate more and be more detailed on what they do...before they come out. The carpets do look cleaner!
