Josh was a great tech, he was pleasant, seemed interested in what he was doing, and was happy to shampoo another small area that i hadn't planned to have clean, but then decided to do at the last minute, i'm grateful he was accomodating:-)

Carpet always looks fresh and clean after cleaning. I also would like to comment on Zach, one of your technicians. Zach is very conscientious, professional and works hard to do an excellent job for his client. It is also nice when we call in for an appointment to hear a warm, friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Great job! :-)

Zerorez was easy to work with. They set a time, showed up at the scheduled time and worked fast and efficiently. They spent extra care for some tough spots and billed Us a fair price. Carpets haven't looked this good in years.
