Lots of availability for appointments, including Saturdays. The guys were there within the first 30 minutes of "the window" as requested. The carpets look great.
However, husband was not informed ahead of time about the "extra protection" which totaled about $80, and some areas of the carpet (stairs especially) were not completely dry within the approximate time frame. It was done at 9 am and some were still damp the next morning.

Kept me informed by email & phone as to appointment window and then called to let me know technician arrival time to within a half hour time period.
