No residue and staff I'd very nice and professional.

Of course the no residue. Worker was diligent and thorough, having us checking on his progress as he worked. The only suggestion I'd give, is when the weather is cool like Tues. he could shut the door as much as he could up to the hose. Also when he described different processes he used the word tropical, when I think he meant topical. Good conscientious worker !

My house was an extreme case of pet stains. I am extremely impressed with how the carpets have turned out. Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend it.

The tech was able to get out a couple stains I was pretty worried about, he was also friendly and professional. At the end the cleaning a large yellow jacket happened to get in the house, he went above and beyond to get it out.
