Prompt, excellent service, carpets look wonderful (much better than anticipated), and the young man who did the job was personable, friendly and polite. Even though I had a window of 2 - 4 pm and Tyler arrived at 3:50 which I was about to leave, he was very polite and professional about the timeframe window and got right to work and got it done as quickly as possible

Zerorez has always performed on time and leaving with an excellent carpet cleaning behind. I trust the Zerorez crews with our rental houses enough that I leave the doors unlocked and the carpet cleaners come in do their job and leave locking the door behind them. Thank you again for rescuing our carpets!!

Zerorez came back and did the job again and this time it was WOW when I got home and saw the carpet. It looked amazing and I called my daughter to come over and look at the great job. She was very impressed as well. Thank you Zerorez for my like-new carpet!!!

I liked that you have a 30 day guarantee. I had you come back out and come back over the carpet one more time. It looks better to me the second time around. I am telling my friends to contact you in the future for all their cleaning needs.

Spots on the carpet that I thought would never come clean are gone!! I will never use anyone else except Zerorez again! I give you an A+++++++ for your employee, Rob, who cleaned my carpet. He is one of the nicest, most wonderful person I have ever met in this industry. You have a jewel of an employee with him. When I am ready to have the rest of the house cleaned, I want Rob back! The entire experience was fabulous, including the person on the telephone who makes the appts. I had to re-schedule twice because we had to have a new well pump put in and other repairs to the well, but the person answering the phone only had a very friendly "no problem" attitude. Just wonderful all the way around.
