They came out quickly and on time (my time frame was 2-6pm. They came at 2pm on the dot! The cleaner was finished in no time and was very friendly and nice. The only thing I didn't like was---he used the screen door fixtures to prop it open and didn't close it when he left. Me, being "short" had a hard time closing it!

First, it is OK to publicly share my FIRST name ONLY to promote Zerorez. I set the appointment after hearing the radio commercials numerous times. They were 'spot on' (pardon the pun). We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned before, and we moved into the house in 2001. Josh was awesome! Put me totally at ease being a woman home alone with a service person in the the house. He was respectful, professional, and friendly. We walked through the rooms and he expressed concern about getting some of the stains out. As it turns out, he could not get 100%, but then we had lived there with 2 dogs for 14 years so I'm thrilled with the fact that most of the stains are gone. I asked when he was done to see how dirty it was and he obliged. Yuck! I cannot believe how much dirt was in the carpet, and dog fur, after the effort we went through Tuesday evening to vacuum thoroughly. I really liked that he did not push the pet treatment. He mentioned it, I asked how much, and then approved that cost. Will it be 14 years until we have carpets professionally cleaned again? NO! Will we use Zerorez again? Without a doubt! We're very pleased with the results. And let Josh know what an awesome job he did for us!

Of course the no residue. Worker was diligent and thorough, having us checking on his progress as he worked. The only suggestion I'd give, is when the weather is cool like Tues. he could shut the door as much as he could up to the hose. Also when he described different processes he used the word tropical, when I think he meant topical. Good conscientious worker !

My house was an extreme case of pet stains. I am extremely impressed with how the carpets have turned out. Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend it.
