This was the first time I used Zerorez and employee Daniel did an amazing job cleaning my tiled kitchen and laundry room. It looks amazing! It's amazing how cleaner everything looks after the chemicals he used. Daniel was very informative and explained each step he took through the process. Daniel was very knowledgeable, had a great personality and you could tell he enjoys his job.

Excellent cleaning results and your primary technician was VERY professional. The 2nd person with him (not sure if he was a trainee) seemed sketchy. If the 2nd guy had been here by himself I would not have felt comfortable.

FRIENDLY, TIMELY, BEST JOB POSSIBLE! TRAVIS COULD NOT GET ALL THE STAINS OUT WHERE MY HUSBAND AND I PUT OUR FEET UNDER THE DESK, BUT THE STAINS HAD "PILED" UP FOR A LONG TIME. I DO THINK THAT IF THAT AREA HAD BEEN TREATED AGAIN AND GONE OVER, THE STAINS MIGHT HAVE COME OUT BETTER. THIS MORNING I USED 91% ISOPROPAL ALCOHOL ON THE STAINS, AND LOTS OF LIGHT BROWN DIRT CAME OFF ON MY TOWEL. I'LL LET IT DRY AGAIN, AND KEEP TRYING THE ALCOHOL AGAIN.
ALL OTHER ROOMS LOOKS LIKE NEW, EVEN THE STAIRS...COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT!
