Very pleasant young man did the work. He was flexible given he wasn't able to arrive as early as originally planned and I had scheduled an appointment based on the original time. He still managed to complete the job except for the stairs which was fine. I was disappointed that I was told the carpets would be dry in 8-10 hours as we were expecting out-of-town company the next day. The next morning, 24 hours later, the carpets were not yet completely dry. It is fine that it took that long to dry, just wish I had known it would take that long.

that your technicians are bold enough and honest enough to know when it wasn't don't right the first time and honor that a free room or a free stairway. No BS in calling int the office and going through a manager--but on-site discretion.

We are frequent users of Zerorez and really appreciate the autonomy given to the technician. If the technicians didn't have this ability to make it right based on the evidence that they are seeing then we wouldn't use them.
