Brian Borden did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results of my clean carpet! I have been using Zerorez now for about 9 years and always get excellent results. I like Zerorez, because there is no bleed through of previous stains, because there is no detergent.

Liked the ability to schedule on line. Appreciated a call from Jennifer letting me know the 30 minute time window. Appreciated Josh, the tech, being on time. Josh was helpful, offered his honest opinion/advice, seemed to do a really nice job. Nice that I could pay by credit card.

I like the NO chemicals... I did have to remove two observable spots in the living room carpet the next morning. Also, it would have been nice to know that a doorway actually meant priced as a full room. Overall the carpet looks nice and clean for an 8 year old carpet. I did think the nap would have been more revived looking.

the guys do a very efficient job. Would be nice if a wipe down on the floor vent covers was to be done.

The cleaning process works as advertised. I like knowing there isn't a bunch of cleaning product left in the carpet upon completion. I don't understand the technology, but as long as technicians like Travis can make it work, I'm a satisfied customer.

Blake sold me on a topical solution for pet stains but didn't go as far as recommending the 'flooding' until after he was done (the topical solution took out the stains, he mentioned the flooding incase it comes back. He wanted me to know there was another option)
