The customer service was excellent! My carpet looked much much better and some of the stains I thought were permanent came clean! I love the way my carpet smells so fresh like brand new and almost two weeks later, its still smells clean and fresh like a spring day. My cat wont sleep on her blanket anymore, she wants to sleep all over the living room on the carpet! I will never have any other carpet cleaners come to my home except for Zeroez! Josh was very personable, polite and friendly and did a great job. Granted, I don't have a big house, but from start to finish he completed the job in 45 minutes. Some other companies send people who like to talk so much that the job takes twice as long as it should. I really appreciated the thorough yet fairly quick job so I could get on with my day! Hats off to Josh! My carpets turned out great.

The carpet was cleaned well, with the exception of a hard spot in the carpet in one room. There is still an odor in that room - perhaps when your technician returns my area rugs from the rug spa, he can go over that area again?
Otherwise, great service once again.
No odor -- dries reasonably fast -- Technician explained what he was doing , what stains might be seen after carpet dried and he was efficient
The process clarified for me that the carpet will need to be replaced in the next few years--not sure how long it has been in place- we have lived here ten years.
