If this survey is to the local affiliate, no problem. If it is for Corporate, you need to clean up the national advertising's lack of coordination between the local affiliates. If you are going to run ads in local newspapers for "3-for-$33" or other promos, give your locals at least a weeks advance notice so they don't get blind-sided and have to answer unnecessary phone calls from unhappy customers who paid the higher rate days after the lower rates were advertised.
