First, my carpets look great. I like that you don't use any soaps or drergents to attract more dirt. And when Brian came out, he offered to do our stairs at a discount and did the hallway too. He went way above and beyond. It's the small details like giving a courtesy call she. The tech was on his way and doing a little extra. No other company will clean my carpets as long as Zerorez is in business!
