Nick did everything wright but he was dealing with a 15 year old carpet and we live in the country. So our traffic area has taken a beating. He was able to take the stains out of the main area I was concerned about and am thrilled. Nick did mention to watch the area, that there's a 30 day warranty on the cleaning and if it shows back up to call.

Customer Service personnel on the phone were very courteous and quickly arranged for carpet cleaning that fit my time frame. The cleaning crew called ahead as instructed and arrived at the appointed time. They were friendly and professional, verified the cleaning area and confirmed the same price as I was given over the phone. They immediately went to work and the completed job looks wonderful. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them highly.

and efficient. Every time he came in my house he put on his shoes covers. It was a total blizzard outside. Nick didn't seem to mind he set up his equipment and got to work with a big smile on his face. When Nick was done I asked him do you like working for this company, he said yes I do they treat me good and I believe in the product. I will always use Zerorez and I will tell my friends. My husband was very impressed with Nick he usually leaves the house when I have my carpet cleaned but he sat on the sofa and watched the whole process.
