you showed up when you said you would and your system does a super job I didn't think my carpet would ever look that good again. only one very little not standing back looking at how nice it looks and smells I did notice the nose of the 3 steps are still the dirty brown it really shows how clean the rest is.

I appreciated that the smell was not overwhelming since I am very sensitive to odors. The carpet dried very quickly. However, I was disappointed that the cleaning did not reach to the edges of the carpet next to the wall.
