I was notified the day before and the day of the work as to when the men would be arriving and they were on time. They were courteous, careful, and answered all my questions. On their return to work on a stubborn spot, again they were on time, nice and polite. The carpets for the most part, except for the stubborn spot, look and feel amazing and I would definitely have them return again when I Need them clean. Thank you

Your technician Isaiah Berrera was so polite, explains whats wrong and shows you the results as he is doing the job. He was very careful dragging those potentially damaging hoses in past enameled casework and legs of furniture.

This the second time I have used Zerorez for furniture, and the work was very satisfactory, considering the nature of some of the pieces. You cant fix old, but you made it look as good as it possibly could.
