My rep took care of of a year long rental to an owner of two large dog's smells in my duplex unit that left a horrible smell of two large dogs in the unit. My New tenants have been happy and have never complained of the smells that I had noticed and feared wold never leave without replacement of all of the carpets.

I liked that there was no chemical smell & was very impressed with the end result.
