The carpets look like when they were first installed.The only concern we had was the price of the stain remover. It added up quickly at $65 a gallon and their was no way to know how much was actually being used (we had to trust the technician's honesty). Our bill added up to more than we expected which frustrated my husband.
We like the concept of no chemicals in the carpet cleaning, although we had our tile cleaned on the last visit.
I have had several companies at my house to clean the carpets. I have always been dissapointed with the time it takes to dry and how it looks a few weeks later. I wanted to give Zerorez a chance, they came through with flying colors. The carpets were dry within three hours! Carpets look great and they still look great. I would reccommend them to anyone thinking about a good deal and quality work.

Brent did a wonderful and thorough job. He was pleasant and very nice. I would request Brent again and highly recommend him. My only complaint: I requested Travis, because he came highly recommended. I even changed the day of cleaning so I could have him. the girl who took my call reassured me I would have travis. I almost sent Brent away, because you did not honor my request. The carpets look amazing when your representative leaves our home....he arrives on time , does his walk through and gets right to work...I have used zerorez several times..and I have never been disappointed....You are definitely MY CARPET CLEANERS...
we have a couple issues about some spots and streaks that were left and Zerorez is going to come out and fix it next week. there were no questions asked, and the gal didn't make me feel uncomfortable about calling

The best part of your products and services would be the fact that you stand by the
products and the personnel that work for you. If there is a question or concern, they are
dealt with in a very timely fashion. Another pleasant point, is the fellow that came to
our home was polite, friendly, efficient and very clean cut. It is nice to have a service
person that doesn't look like they are some kind of hoodlum.
