Well they got out 99% of the stains (pet stains) and it smells lots better.

I had listened to the advertisements on TV that the cleaning products and processed used by Zerorez would remove prior shampoos and cleaners that I knew left behind residues that would more than likely attract more dirt and I could feel the stiffness in the carpet to prove it. The technician, Brad Lombard, was extremely informative in explaining the process and answered my questions in non-tech speak that made sense and helped me discover even more questions that came to mind. Brad described the protectant product and its cost without pushing a sale. I did take advantage of the protectant in the livingroom. I have not seen my carpet look so clean since it was brand new. I shall definitely have Zerorez clean every six months without fail. Thank you Brad. Name removed
