Had need to get quick service for new tenant to move in. Explained it over phone, staff got it scheduled in two days to meet need and explained what would happen in order, and indeed happened exactly. Ducts were cleaned/sanitized, and 13 yrs of carpet "stuff" removed with only a few unknown Red spots. New tenants were equally impressed of carpet "restoration" to near new and thankful for my choice of Zerorez as their child has severe pet allergies. They are happy so I am delighted "We" got er done" on time. They moved in 7 hrs after job was done. It was well worth the 5min. wait on hold to get to speak and order the job. Thank You

Thank you for returning and taking care of the carpets that had a ring on the carpet from the last treatment. They look good. There is still a faint ring on the forest green carpet that I hope will fade with time.

Excellent. Men were on time & completed the work in a timely manner. I would request, though, that the estimate given to me over
the phone should have included a special stain protection or something like that. It cost me $50 more than the $183 initial cost.

I like everything from the cleaning to the spot remover kit.

The young man was so nice, efficient and did a super job. He worked steady from 8am til almost 6pm to finish and I had moved the small items so he had to move the large ones. He was superb. The carpets look like new. I was concerned after he left as the carpet was raised in places in the front room and by the next day they laid down and now I can't even see where they were raised. I would certainly have them from now on and would refer to my friends and family.

Very little residue which means we are back on the carpets and enjoying the new look very quickly. The service is outstanding! The personnel are just as outstanding!

I liked how soft the carpet felt after the cleaning. I also appreciated the employee's great attitude, very friendly and answered all of my questions.
