The carpet specialist that came to our home, Bryce, was phenomenal. Polite, courteous, and helpful. Our living room and dining room has white carpet and with young kids had turned into a disaster zone. After the cleaning was done Bryce was very excited to show the end result and when I told him I loved it but was disappointed I hadn't taken before pictures he stated that he did and offered to send them to me. The service was far beyond what I had expected and we will be making zerorez a regular pry of our home maintenance.

We unfortunately had to have a redo of the job for my elderly parents' home (1417 S Mamer Ln). But fortunately for us, we had Brian and his crew and they were AWESOME! They were very friendly and respectful and they went above and beyond the call of duty, even cleaning the tile entryway, which thrilled my Dad to pieces! We were just thinking about how we needed to find a good cleaner for the grout, and your crew saw the need themselves when they arrived and took it upon themselves and offered to clean that too, to help right the wrong of the first technician we had on Sept. 19. Thank you so very much for such a positive experience, and everything looks great!

The cleaner used is fresh smelling and does not leave any residue on the carpets. Plus, all stains and traffic areas were very well cleaned.

Service is good and carpet feels and looks clean. Service person is very personable and answered the questions we had. (However he didn't wear the little booties the other guys used and he did track water onto our hardwood floors.)
