I was very pleased with the end result even though we had to pay a ton for the dog urine removal it was well worth it! The service technician was very courteous and professional. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with his service!

David Weddle his services were excellent. He was very helpful in explaining what he will be doing and also offered other services e.g. ScotchGuard to the carpet.

I like the way it cleans, and the clean smell. My tech was very nice and polite. Willing to please. But I did feel one hundred and fifty dollars for a R.V. Was a little to to much...........

Everything went great. The technician was on time and very polite and courteous. (I'm sorry, but I don't remember his name.) The carpets look like new.

The product is great, we are consistently happy with our cleaning. The last time I had my carpets cleaned, Lucas was our technician and was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that I was getting a great quality service for the money I was spending. His expertise and flexibility made me comfortable with the work being done and happy with the finished product. We have many carpeted properties that need routine cleaning, and I’ll be asking for him specifically each time from here on out.

Our technician was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job on our living room carpet. He was able to remove all pet stains from the areas he detected with his light. The carpet smells fresh and looks amazing.
