Rusty, the vent cleaning technician talked to me for a few minutes and went around my home looking at vents. He told me that he didn’t think my 1 year old home needed the vents cleaned saving me time and money!!! I know he lost commission for not just cleaning them anyway but I am so grateful for his honesty and will definitely call in a few years again when my vents actually need cleaned!

Communication was very good. They were able to arrive earlier than expected. Carpets looked & felt clean, did not dry crusty. Only complaint, stairs were left so wet we had to put down towels to soak up the excess water. Price was reasonable. Overall happy & would use again.
