I have a rental property that the renters totally damaged the brand new carpet I had just put down. The people lived here for 5 months, never vacuumed or mopped the floors. The carpet was soaked with dog urine (which by the way they were not allowed to have animals) It was a mess. So I called Zerorez and even though it was extremely expensive, I had to do something to get that carpet back to looking new. Derek C who was my tech was extremely helpful and did an awesome job. The new renters saw the place before the carpet had been cleaned and smelled horrific. They walked in and nothing. No smells, no stains, nothing. The carpet looked brand new and the nasty odor was gone. The new renters have been in the home for 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from them about any smells coming back. They are non-smokers and don't have any animals. Trust me, I would have heard from them by now if any odors had come back. The only thing I wish he had done was take more pictures. I am trying to file a claim and the one picture I asked him to take was not there. That would've shown all the hair (dog and human) that he had pulled up in the living room. The pictures taken really doesn't show me the damage. It looks like my carpet was in good shape before he started. I should've taken my own pictures so I could make a claim showing the actual damage. However, the carpet was brought back to new and that was all I was asking for except that one picture. I will use Zerorez again.

Zerorez was easy to contact and easy to make an appointment for the day I requested. They arrived on time. Actually, I was called and asked if they could arrive a little early, which was perfect. Stains were treated and the whole carpet- cleaning process was completed in less than an hour. Carpets looked great!

Off the record please, Rusty had to leave and come back due to faulty equipment. Then the second piece failed him on applying the anti allergy spray. Not a problem with us, but who"s the person that sees that the guys can fulfil an order without being interrupted? He offered to come back but after spending so much in a weeks time, I really can not afford to have it done. I just felt bad because I feel it was an inconvenience for him. No biggie.
I like the service. It was very professional. I also liked that there was no chemicals used in the cleaning. I have lots of allergies and I was very happy about it. The carpets came out very clean and smelled fresh.
