The only confusing thing (probably my fault) was when the quote asked for number of vents. I counted only heat vents, but cold air returns needed counted as well. No big deal, but better “definition” may help others.

Remington the tech who did the vent cleaning was professional and did an excellent job. I've already referred his name to two other people who want to get the same service. Shawn the carpet clean was also very proficient: I didn't interact with him as much as Remington but we were impressed with the carpet cleaning he performed. I bought several upgrades on Remington's recommendations: they were not heavy sale pressure but I asked what will help my wife's asthma. I am very happy with the upgrades and additions.
