The tech did a great job of explaining my options about dealing with pet spots and didn't try to sell me what I didn't really need. The carpets look great afterwards, as usual. He also gave some good tips on keeping my carpet looking good.

I like that Zerorez doesn't leave a perfume smell in my house. The carpet genuinely smells and feels clean!

Our tech did great. My only comment would be to make sure your tech's have all they need on their vans. He had to run back to the shop as he didn't have the right plug for our dryer system, and selling me a filter for my furnace, but didn't have it on the van. Maybe a system in place for checking items prior to the service call such as a question in the reservation process. :)

I am sensitive to chemicals and scents so like that there is no scent and dries quickly. Also, the technician was very professional and careful with equipment. Super job.
