The only concern and problem we had was with the smell of the treatment to the bedroom's (2) after carpet was cleaned. We ended up having the Fire Department and Avista dispatched here as all of the detectors in our home went off - we experienced dizziness and headache from fumes from the treatment. Avista told us when they arrived that they have seen this exact same problem many times. When I turned the gas on my range on the carbon monoxide detectors went off almost immediately - we were told by an Avista technician the gas was burning the fumes in the air. That was a major concern for us and as a result Fire Department and Avista arrived at our home to check for gas leaks, and issues with carbon monoxide in the air in our home. The ending was a good ending but made us anxious and nervous at the time. We feel this should be brought to the attention of other customers who order carpet treatment after their carpet has been cleaned.
