Not a single soiled spot was removed. Our carpet looks the same as it did before you came. I was also told that it would take about 4 hours or so to dry in most areas and more for the heavier traffic areas. It took more than 24 hours for most of it to dry and closer to 48 hours for the other areas.

Always professional. If it is not done right the first time, you make it right.

I liked how informed your technician was. I like that my carpet didn't ever seem to get soaking wet.

I didn't like that when dry, the upholstery did have some spots left on the pieces. I'd like this corrected where possible.

I like the fact that you do not leave soap and chemicals in the carpet and yet it still comes out clean.

I was very disappointed about the service. I was told my appointment would be between 1:00-4:00. I received a phone call about 2:00 and was told I would receive a phone call in 2-3 hours as the technician was on his way. At 5:15 I had to call the company and inquire when someone would be at my house. He did not arrive until about 6:15. I made arrangements to be at home for my carpets to be cleaned, but did not expect to wait that long. I had other obligations that needed to be done, but I couldn't leave as I didn't know when anyone would arrive. The technician was very nice and did his best, but I am very disappointed that I was kept waiting so long.

The cleaning is complete! They protect my house in the process. The technician worked in a timely manner and was courteous.

The people are very kind and want to make the customer satisfied.

We were supposed to have our kitchen tile cleaned along with our bathroom and family room carpet. Our technician showed up he told us that his large tile cleaning tool was broken, and that his superior told him just to run over the tile with his carpet cleaning wand.if he had done so he could have potentially scratched our natural stone tile. Sending him out with broken equipment on a job where we had previously arranged to have tile cleaned does not seem to be a good practice. He did clean our small bathroom tile with his workable small tile cleaner and that looks great, as does the carpet we had cleaned.

Very professional staff! I wasn't scared to let them in my house like some companies. I love the pre-quote. My carpets were very clean, especially when compared with the last carpet cleaners we had. They did take quite a while to dry, but the look great!!!! Seriously the best carpet clean I have had.

Very very clean And no residue left over.

My biggest surprise was the grout cleaning. It made me do a happy dance with the results in my kitchen. I will be scheduling to have my bathrooms done next along with the granite countertops.

I recommended your services today to my coworkers. I told them they need to have Wendi Lynde perform the work. She worked hard to make sure the job was done well. She went back in each room to see if there were any areas not done to her satisfaction or mine. She performed the work at my house as though she was doing her own home. She went above and beyond my expectations. She is a hard worker, conscientious of the customer's view and cost, and stays with it until it's done. She had as much energy and willingness to do it right at the end of the job as she did at the beginning of the job. Considering she was at my house for 16 hours that's amazing. The scheduling people had overbooked her, but she completed my job that day, even when I offered to have her come back. She didn't want to go until she finished to my satisfaction. I will recommend Wendi and Zerorez to my contacts. I will request her on my next cleaning.

The tech that did our carpets did a great job. He worked hard and completed the job quite quickly. The price was fair and the carpets loo great. I will differently use Zerores for my future carpet cleaning needs.
