They do not contain soap, which leaves the carpet clean and will not attract dirt to the remaining soap residue.
After waiting a couple of days for my carpet to dry, I noticed several spots remaining in my carpet. The extra problem was that I had the carpet protectent placed on my carpet, so it seems that it will seal in the stains that were left.
My carpet cleaner was very polite and pleasant, but I was disappointed in the look of the carpet after the protectant was put on. Areas of my carpet appeared more matted and clumped than when I had it cleaned last year.
We were not home when we had our carpets cleaned. Our technician sent me pictures every time he was done with a room. I thought this was awesome and super helpful for me to see what he was doing. It was greatly appreciated and thought to be above and beyond.

The carpet seems really clean. The service was excellent.
It's quick, the carpets smell great (love the orange fragrance), and my carpets look new again.
The technician called exactly at the time he was due to and was at the house in 15 minutes. He explained his work and instructions we needed to take regarding placing the furniture back and staying off the carpet. He was very informative helpful and polite .
He was tidy and through regarding the cleaning and asked our opinion during the service. Wonderful wonderful experience and would choose this company again.

There are still two big stains in my living room and the carpet is very striped from clean spot then not clean spot, then clean spot then not clean spot. It might just be the age and type of carpet we have that makes it difficult to clean, but it does not look good.
It is clean and no smell when you are done. He went to extra mile to make sure the carpets were clean - it was a rental area and there was dirt down in the carpets.

The guys were great, friendly and hard working. They made several suggestions that were helpful. We paid for additional service due to their expertise and recommendations.
The only constructive feedback I have is on the website. It is poorly designed for use with a Mobile phone (smartphone). I tried multiple times to make an appointment/reservation and kept running into problems. I almost looked for another carpet cleaning company as a result. Most consumers use smart phones and may run into similar issues. It might be worth investing some money into developing a mobile phone friendly interface.

I love that it's a chemical free process and that there is literally no residue left behind.
Cleaned basement carpets, left bad smell, came back to treat with a disinfectant, and now the smell is a strong floral smell. Not sure what is in the carpets now.
How quickly it dried.
Information given to us by the cleaner(Rick) about the water, method of cleaning, rakeing. Liked corner protectors, willingness to take suggestions, answered all of questions. Professional and polite. Tested accent rug for colors bleeding before cleaning.
Though I gave good ratings to the gentleman (Fernando?) that cleaned a few days earlier, I leaned by this visit that he did not follow all of the correct procedures. No water demonstration, no corner protectors, no rakeing. Although an accent rug was not tested for color bleeding, it was fine.
The floors were left spotless.

Servicemen were prompt and professional. They were friendly and didn't push the upsales.
This was our first time using your service, it seemed a little like we didn't get all the facts about the charges when I called to schedule, until a little later in the conversation on the phone. It just felt as if we hearing one price and then we were told about a minimum charge and then after we were told about the water disposal fee. I get all the EPA regulations and such, but just let it be known up front when you tell about the minimum charge and such. The technician that did the job was nice to deal with and acted very professionally.

I felt like Zerorez was very professional. They did a great job in the cleaning. They were prompt and performed the cleaning in a timely manner. Andrew Pehrson was the technician could not have been better. I would request him by name and actually recommend him specifically to my friends and family. He was pleasant, prompt, a hard worker and did a fabulous job-all in good time. I could not be more pleased. Thank you so much.
