Schedule better. The technician was 4-5 hours late so cleaned the carpet while we had dinner guests. Someone called to reschedule but we only had one day we could do it. All the furniture was already moved and we had family coming in town. He did a good job and the carpet looks good but it was inconvenient for us and awkward for our guests.
The men who have serviced our home have been friendly, competent and explained everything before they started. Andrew was the rep who did our carpets this time and he was excellent!

They seem to meet your claims. I would like to read your products and how they work in print so that your claims have certain proven facts. If you do have the information in writing, it would be much appreciated if you could send it to me by mail. Then it will be much helpful for me to recommend your company and services to my friends.
Was miss lead about pricing was charged an extra 15 for landing pad (was told included with stairs)
Tried to cancel on me day of hours before and asked to reschedule for a week later I had to talk to more then a few people to get them to come out
It is the best way to clean carpets. No harsh chemicals
The technician was patronizing. There were a couple of spots on the ottoman that I thought would come out (and I got them out after he left) that didn't and I pointed those out - to which he said, "Well, I can try to go back over those - but it won't do any good".

Each time I have used Zerorez the technitions are extremely professional and have all done a great job at being as customer friendly as possible. They are always very knowledgeable about what they are doing and know what their product is. They are good about calling me and letting me know when they will be showing up. The carpets, tile, and areas they clean always look fantastic when the job is done.

Was totally disgusted by the stains found with the blacklight gadget Luke had - ugh! Thought I had cleaned the pee & baby puke up really well. Good tool to promote purchase of extra stain cleaning - no doubts it was needed, though a bit pricey @ $50/room in addition to the cleaning price!
