I had dog urine on my floor that was shown me with the ultra violet light. The two talked me into doing the middle clean, but never mentioned that it wouldn't make the carpet still look stained in the light - until I asked to see it with the light after it has had been cleaned. Then he went into a big discussion about why it would still be there. I felt like I hadn't been told the whole truth at the beginning.

Fast, friendly techs, good service

We were very pleased with the turnout and the services. The men were very friendly. We were planning on spending about $250, but were surprised the rugs were more expensive than the rooms, bringing the total bill to $430.

I can't remember the carpet cleaners name, wish I could. He was extremely professional. Polite, careful and anxious to please,seemed knowledgeable about his business. He asked me to check each room as he finished it. Only saw one little spot that was missed. Instantly cleaned it.

Very professional installer! He walked us through the entire house and have us options on gownto dramatic certain areas. He was not pushy and he was very polite. We've never had cleaner carpets.not since the carpet was new! There is no smelly house and the dry time is so quick. We will never use any bother carpet cleaning company. Heck I would even buy a franchise!! They are that good.

I like the product because it does not have the residue, What i don't like is waiting around for 8 hours for the technician to show up!!!! You should be able to reduce that window to 4 hours max.

the service was great the product was good to.

normally the service is very effective and leaves the carpets dryer than anyone else. This time the carpets were wet in places for a couple days but the result was still good.it was a little pricey too.

Mr. Barlow did an amazing job cleaning our home! He listened to our concerns about certain areas and worked super hard. We were apprehensive knowing that we were the fifth home to clean for the day and thought he would be too tuckered out to do a good job. He as fantastic! He is a super hard worker and personable. Our carpets and tile haven't looked this clean in years. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.

The service tech was very good and helpful. The carpet looks great. I am very pleased with the results.

Was supposed to show up in the afternoon on 11/14. Called Zerorez on Friday around 4:00 when I hadn't heard from anyone yet, I was told that two technicians had family emergencies, phone operator told me she would call me back in 15-20 minutes to see how far out the technician was. I never heard back from anyone. I finally called again after 6:00, I was put on hold and the operator talked to Jesse who was just finishing up a job and then it was going to take him 40 minutes travel time. Jesse did call me. Jesse was very nice and did a good job. However, the customer service that I received from your office was unacceptable. If you're not going to be able to clean someone's carpets until approximately 8:00 at night, it would have been nice to get a call to reschedule, or to see if that would be OK.
