Your worker was on time, did a great job and was very polite.

Every time I use Zerorez I'm more pleased than I was the last time. The technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the service they are providing. I will always use Zerorez for my floors and any other deep cleaning I need done.

I was so discouraged to find grease and dirt stains on my carpet from renters, but my beautiful carpets came totally clean, no more stains after zero fez came and cleaned, I had them steam my bathroom grout too and I was pleased to be reminded that one bathroom actually had white grout !!! I thought it was grey !!!

The end product!!!!! After the carpet had dried, my husband said it felt good under his bare feet. Technicians have always been anxious to please.

I called and got what I thought was a very accurate quote. Since you had serviced my house before I assumed that you had the measurements right etc. I called for a quote and got $329. You then did the work and charged me $510. Some of the extra was for some "Pet Topical Treatments". I'm okay with that, but the base price was way wrong. I called and complained but no one listened. I then asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would but never did.

The technician (Michael) who cleaned my carpets was very polite, through, and walked through and told me pretty much out the door, how much it would cost. I liked that he did everything in his power to get my mother-in-laws chairs and carpet in her sitting room dry within 2 hrs when she would be returning back home.
I felt the carpets looked clean, and smelt clean.

Just didn't see any difference than normal carpet cleaning and it cost me $100 more than my normal guy. In other words, didn't deliver on the brand promise.

My carpets look amazing and they are 30 years old. The men were very courteous and professional and did a great job in a timely manner.

Excellent technician. Pretty good job on the carpets although some stains are already beginning to reappear by the end of the day which surprised me.

It was done quickly and efficiently. The worker who came out was respectful and used protective equipment around the edges of my baseboard. He was friendly and was flexible to come back out after id missed his appointment time. I really appreciated having a nice new looking carpet. (:

I think your email prior to service is a little grumpy. Be willing to help move a couch that can not be moved from the room without an extra fee. Should rake after cleaning without having to be ask.

The carpets looked great! The service was also great!

The drying time was much longer than we were told. It was at least 8 hours and we put floor fans on it to get it done in that amount of time. Our technician was on time and very polite and he did a good job.

I think I expected better results from the cleaning. The family was not super impressed with the results. Looked the same as when we steam clean ourselves.

The email I received said the carpet would dry in a matter of hours. The carpet was still wet twelve hours after the technician left.

I was a little disappointed in your spot removal ability. It seems like your focus is more general and not specialized in more specific spot removal strategies. A friend of mine had used you as well and were less than satisfied, especially after someone else came in and did remove the stubborn spots.

Always do a first rate job!! Clinician excellent and so helpful. So nice not to feel soap residue after. Only company I would use for all my flooring needs!!
