I loved how quick the service was, and how nice and soft our carpet was when it had dryed. I was a little disappointed in the cost. I ended up having the "treatment" done because we have 2 dogs. It ended up moving my original cost of $105. to $245. that was a lot of money! Wish I felt it had been a little more fair.

I've had other carpet cleaners try to remove dirt from high traffic areas and none have been able to. Zerorez did a beautiful job, my carpets look new, and they were professional and polite. Thanks for great looking carpet and a great experience.

Well, some of the spots were gone intially, but have since come back into view. What can I do?

Your tech was awesome and let my 5 yr old and 3 yr old sons follow him around and help. Also the carpet was so clean after, I will definitely use you guys again.

Stick to the schedule...people take time off work, reschedule appointments, etc to be here when you say you will be here. Don't change at the last minute. Also, the cleaners should be given enough time to finish the job or have it scheduled over more than one day. By the time the guys finished here, the last 3 hours of work was very poor and in fact, I have called to have them come back.

I have also asked for a copy of all the guarentees that I have been told are there for the carpet, the tile, and the granite. Could I possible get a copy of those??

Over the past two days I have had your services in my mother's home and mine. I like the professional people you employee. They are healthy and trustworthy. That is a big deal to me as I have been uncomfortable in the past with other service people. I appreciated knowing the logistics of how your carpet cleaning works. You treated us fairly on the price. Your technician Isaías interacted with us in a very professional and courteous manner. He both arrived and completed the work in the timeframe committed.

I thought the price was fair to come in and clean my carpets, but I did not like how much the additional costs to clean out pet urine and possible mold in my carpets was. That was about 80% of the reason I had zerorez come clean my carpets, but because it was going to cost me an additional $70.00 to treat the room with the urine smell I did not even have that room cleaned.

We had Stanley Steemer clean our carpet last time. The carpet was dirtier when they were finished than when they started. We have seven children, our carpet has a lot of winter wear and tear. Your guys did an excellent job!!!!! Especially on our high traffic areas. I will definitely recommend zerorez to my friends and family. AND I will be using this coupon FOR SURE

I had hoped that the carpets in the home we are buying might be made a little better so that we could replace them in a few months, not right away. After Zerorez cleaned them they look like new! The whole system seems to be clean no soap residue and the color of my carpet was enhanced. It was very quick and the technician was very thorough and willing to go over a couple of areas. I have already told several of my friends about the service. Thank you so much.

I like that it is a more natural process; that you don't use chemicals &/or detergents. I like that there is not a residue left behind to attract more dirt & stains. It seems like a more environmentally friendly method, and the employee was friendly & enthusiastic about your product & services.

wasn't as clean as wife expected the 1st time through. The young man returned the next day and re-cleaned the areas. We were then satisfied. Kuddos to your man!

We used Zerorez again because we were so pleased with our previous visit. However, I was very disappointed in Jerry(?). He did no spotting, did places we had asked him not to. He spent more time trying to sell a furnace filter than he did on the carpet. I had to ask him to bring in corner protectors becauce we had just painted throughout-he brought in two. I am very dissapointed in the way the carpet looks. I will use zerorez again (I think) please not with the same guy!!

I think your prices are high, but I received quality work.

I don't want to put a lot of chemicals on my carpet, I like the Zerorez cleaning concept, my carpets aren't sloppy wet after they've been cleaned, in fact, they take no time at all to completely dry.

Matt cleaned my carpets on Monday, he was so nice. A friend dropped by as my carpets were being cleaned, she was so impressed that she is planning on having her carpets, and her daughter's carpets cleaned.

I was very pleased with the technician who cleaned my carpets. However, a different technician cleaned my parents carpets in December and did not do a very good job. Multiple phone calls were made to that technician and he never went back to remedy the situation. I told my technician of the problem and he said he would go to my parents home and remedy the situation. Nothing has been done and their carpets were cleaned in Dec. I'm disappointed that no one will follow up and respond to the poor service my parents received.
