I liked the price, I am on a very strict limited budget and the only way I could afford it was the $59 special. Although I would have liked other areas cleaned, I couldn't afford it. I hope to get in on another special to do the other areas. I was impressed with the job.
My carpets were very clean.

Quality of your service. Very professional.
The rep. kept coming back to make sure we were satisfied. He explained everything to us and was willing to redo our floor to make us happy. A supervisor came with him the second time and helped us to know our carpet. They recleaned a leading edge and it came out great. They even gave a a rake to help us keep the carpet from getting "corn rows". They really did work hard to make us happy.
No residue and steam cleaning vs. chemicals
Manuel (tech that came to our house) was VERY informative and professional! The ladies answering the phones needed to be more upfront about prices and services that are included (not charged extra) and provided(additional charges). When asked multiple times about the fogging and filter- it was not mentioned that they were extra- just that the tech could explain more when he arrived. I ended up being charged almost $150 more than I had been told by the office ladies for services that I had believed were included in the phone estimate.
Dried fast...very clean
The carpets get really cleaned. The spots don't peek through a couple days later. The drying time is also quicker than with other cleaning methods.
The price was awesome. The carpets were cleaned incredibly fast and they've never looked better. I love the fact that there were no chemicals involved. The carpet will stay cleaner. Amazing company.
Looks and smells clean
It took 3 days for my stairs to dry. I was surprised by that.

My carpet looks cleaner, dries faster and lasts longer than any other service I have ever used. We clean approx. 2 times a year. We have used your service for the last 2 1/2 yrs and will continue to do so. Although we have not had the same service tech each time the level of service and quality of work done remains consistant. The person who came over for the carpet cleaning was very nice and friendly. He represented your company well. However, there is still a clear juice and water stain in my daughters room and another pink juice stain in the upstairs family room also that ZeroRez couldn't get out. The carpet didnt look any cleaner than using the occasional Rug Doctor. It also took a good 2 days for the carpets to fully dry. ?? We just expected the "Wow" factor for 2-3 x's the cost of others. Sorry.
You were on time (early in fact) and did a very good job.

I appreciated the nice, clean smell of the the product. No harsh chemicals. We were pleasantly surprised that we could walk on the carpet with clean feet even if it was wet. Dried super fast. Looked great after!

I have LOVED Zerorez in the past but I was not happy with my service tech at all!
1. I purchased 3 areas to be serviced, he said, "I will do these two and count your 3 stairs as the 3rd area" when I told him I had a small room upstairs for my 3rd area and he could charge me for the 3 stairs he laughed and said "no, it’s ok, I will just do this." Ummmm... really!
2. I moved all of my furniture except two that could easily have been slid out of the way, one is a old fashion school desk, not big or heavy at all, he went around it and not under it, and you can see under it!
3. My floors typically dry rather quickly with Zerorez, one of the reasons I love you, but my floors were damp to the touch for a full 3 days after service. That has never happened. I could not return my furnishings back to where they belonged until they were dry.
4. My tech appeared to be rushed. He tried to up sell me on my vents and air filter, I declined but thanked him for the information. He did not say anything else to me after that. I had to ask HIM if he would add the scotch guard (or whatever it is you call it) to my floors... he did not offer it. $40 per area is a big up sell, why would you not offer it?
5. I pointed out a spot that I had and told him I was not sure what it was, he told me unless I knew if it was grease, blood, pet stain, (or he mentioned a few other specific issues) that he could not get it out. Should I get my spots analyzed prior to service for future spot removal? The area looks better after he cleaned it but it appears to be coming back to the surface.
Overall, I like how my carpets feel and look after a cleaning. I just did not like your tech.
Everything this carpet has never looked clean. I have had this carpet cleaned about 3 times from a different company and it still looked dirty. I cam amazed this carpet is old but honestly it looks new now. SO SO SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE BUT YOU AND WILL DEFIENTLY TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOU.
