Carpet looks great, best ever! Some stains didn't come out the last time you were here but Kevin said there was a new product that just came out and he used it on the spot and it looks amazing. I also had the grout in the kitchen, floor and counters cleaned for the first time and it looks amazing. Kevin was very professional, and personable. He clearly is passionate about what he does and goes above and beyond to communicate expectations and I will definately have y'all back and I have already recommended your servies.

Firstly, the technician that came to the door was highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with and understand I will recommend him to all the people I talk to regarding my positive experience at Zerorez.
Secondly, the work that was done was fantastic. It clearly made our Carpets look almost new again. My wife and I agree that we will no longer use the regular Carpet Cleaning services as the results will never match Zerorez.

I had ordered a separate carpet cleaning service that failed to get a number of stains out of the carpet. I contacted zerorez to inquire if they could get the stains out and improve the overall cleanliness. I was provided with quick feedback and the team made it easy to quickly book an appointment for the next day. My technician Cody was fantastic. Super friendly, transparent, and super good at his job. He came in the provided time window and gave me a heads up on his arrival. He quickly took care of the stains, and gave the carpets an improved cleaning, especially going over high traffic areas to enhance the quality of the carpet's condition. Cody also gave me a bunch of useful advise for future carpet cleaning need and tips for carpet care. I can highly recommend. Professional, friendly, and efficient.

I don't mean by being over talkative, but speaks like his really like his job.
