We have our carpet and throw rugs cleaned every year and have used a variety of cleaners. Anthony was the best carpet and rug cleaner we've ever engaged! He was polite, careful, and put a lot of attention into cleaning each area thoroughly. Since we have 2 cats and a dog, we especially appreciated Zerorez's process that doesn't just wash off the surface but aims to leave no soap or pet stain residue. Our floor coverings look the best ever.

We received a complete estimate, subject to change on arrival - which didn't happen. Anthony was very personable, and provided some insights into the cleaning process - and he did a super job. 3 rooms in 45 minutes, and drying time proved to be just what he predicted - two and a half hours. Online scheduling was very easy.

First and foremost our technician Kevin was amazing! He explained everything and gave options on what could be done. He recommended treatments that proved to be very good in getting out stains that had accumulated over 20 years. The carpets looked amazingly better at the end of the cleaning. We would recommend Zerorez to EVERYONE!!

Kevin Hunter did a great job of cleaning 3 bedroom carpets. He was thorough, he removed all of the spots, and he did a detailed and great job. My daughter was here, and she is going to have him come over and clean 2 bedroom carpets and her living room couch because she said the prices he quoted were reasonable and she liked his work.
