First and foremost our technician Kevin was amazing! He explained everything and gave options on what could be done. He recommended treatments that proved to be very good in getting out stains that had accumulated over 20 years. The carpets looked amazingly better at the end of the cleaning. We would recommend Zerorez to EVERYONE!!

Kevin Hunter did a great job of cleaning 3 bedroom carpets. He was thorough, he removed all of the spots, and he did a detailed and great job. My daughter was here, and she is going to have him come over and clean 2 bedroom carpets and her living room couch because she said the prices he quoted were reasonable and she liked his work.
