What I liked about your services and products are the professionalism of you technician. He was polite and kind. Explained the technique used to clean carpet and the products used. He was thorough in his explanation.

My carpet had never been cleaner I’ve used other carpet cleaner company’s before and never has my carpet been cleaner. There is zero residue and it is a pleasure to walk bare foot in carpet.

We were very happy with job: carpets looked great.

Cost was a little higher than expected, but we had more pet areas to be worked on than we originally thought, so additional was reasonable. We were very happy with the scheduling, special requests, job and care of the job performed, time it took, and dampness left/time to dry completely (for December time of year, during rain) were all as expected or higher than expected. We were completely satisfied when the tech left and that has not changed after he left.
