I did notice that one of the canisters used in my bedroom left a ring on the carpet that was not there prior to the service. I will try to get it up before calling the office. I am happy to recommend this service provider!

The tech (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was on time and did a full walkthrough of the house with me before he started. He kept in touch with me every step of the way so I knew what he was doing, and then he summed everything up for me at the end. He was also very nice to my dog. 🙂

The carpet dries quickly and isn’t crunchy! I have used them for years and only had an issue one time in like 15 years. They came back and fixed the issue and were very professional!
