service person polite and explained everything very well including alternatives to meet my needs. I did notice that one of the canisters used in my bedroom left a ring on the carpet that was not there prior to the service. I will try to get it up before calling the office. I am happy to recommend this service provider!

The tech (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was on time and did a full walkthrough of the house with me before he started. He kept in touch with me every step of the way so I knew what he was doing, and then he summed everything up for me at the end. He was also very nice to my dog. 🙂
The carpet dries quickly and isn’t crunchy! I have used them for years and only had an issue one time in like 15 years. They came back and fixed the issue and were very professional!

Dries quickly, easy to book appt, hardworking and thorough team who do the work.
Very thorough in cleaning. Spent a lot of time and attention in ensuring the carpet was clean, as well as ensuring that as much moisture as possible was removed which meant the carpet was dry within a couple of hours. Definitely would use them again.
