Always a great job cleaning the carpet, but one of the things I like best is how neat and clean they leave my house. The staff is always on time, very pleasant and considerate.
Kevin was very personable, on time, and worked very hard to get the carpets cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and know the amount of hair oil and stains on the carpet. When Kevin left, I couldn't believe our clean the carpets looked. We used Coit for 24 years and they would never deliver how you guys have done so far.

Kevin was greaat! He brought the ultraviolet light which revealed so much urine in the house that we are moving into, it was shocking. He treated the area, so I hope our dogs will not start peeing over the old stains. He was efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The carpets looked great when he was done.

Your technician did a great job cleaning my carpet. It was drying about 3 hours with my whole house fan on. Like everything else the price is gone up but got to keep those carpets clean.

I had an amazing customer service experience. From initially placing the order on the website, to the technician allowing me to leave a key in the lockbox, to him calling me and asking me if I wanted him to focus on any particular area of the rug that may require more attention, to coming home and seeing my rug looking like it was just recently installed, every aspect of my experience was great! I love the fact that the company doesn’t use soap, but a special type of water that you can even drink! Their technology doesn't leave a residue, which speeds up newly-cleaned rugs re attracting dirt. I will definitely place my next appointment with ZeroRez again. I will always recommend my friends and family use this company.
